There are miles of quiet lanes in the New Forest.  Starting on a dedicated cycle path right outside 'The Barn' you can enjoy a ride lasting from 10 minutes to a whole day (and still be back in time for a hearty meal before collapsing into bed!)  And don't forget if you arrive by bike we'll give you a 10% discount on our normal B&B charges if your stay is for two nights or more....

Options

• If you like road rides there's really no end to the variety available to you.  And the great thing is that most of the Forest is pretty flat!  You can go deep into the heart of the Forest or venture down to the coast.  We can give you routes and are very easily persuaded to join you......
• There are routed off-road trails too - starting within half a mile of 'The Barn'.  The routes are a reasonable length but the Rangers have limited access across the Forest to protect its delicate habitat from erosion
• If you want to go into Southampton there's a cycle route all the way (about 5 miles) - though it's not as pretty as the Forest!
