Options

  • Highcliffe is a safe, large beach with sand/shingle.  About 25 minutes away by car
  • The lovely town of Lymington is about the same distance.  It has a busy street market at the weekend, an outdoor sea water swimming pool and ferries to the Isle of Wight for a day trip
  • Bournemouth is about 45 minutes drive (or 30 minutes on the train from Ashurst station) - what more can we say - piers, candyfloss, an Imax cinema and the Bournemouth International Centre are there for your pleasure!
